About the frame
High Performance gravel bikes featuring a 1x chainring in front and exactly the gears you need. Perfect for all types of gravel riding as well as an asphalt detour or two. Built from top-quality Toray carbon fibre. We use the top frame throughout this entire range.

This bike is for the recreational rider who wants the finest quality on all parameters and doesn't want to make any compromises anywhere – from the frame and the groupset to the wheelset or the cockpit.

About the groupset
Rival XPLR AXS is SRAM's latest take on a gravel specific groupset. The 10-44 cassette and the 46T chainring provide exactly the gears you need at both ends of the range. This model is different from our 'mullet’ models with XX1 MTB gears by delivering a lower gearing at the top end of the range, but more narrow gear ratios across the range with smaller increments between each gear.

According to the SRAM philosophy of the latest XPLR groupsets the cassette is 'locked' at 10-44, but you can replace the chainring if you want to change the gear ratio. Note: Changing the chainring will affect all gears to make them either lighter or heavier. If you want a broader gear range, you should take a look at our XX1 models.

Semi-Integrated Cable Routing (SICR)
The bike comes with electronic shifting and therefore has no gear cables. It features our semi-integrated cable routing system which means that the brake cables are neatly tucked away under the stem. This gives the bike a clean looking cockpit and an aerodynamic look. If you want all cables completely hidden and out of the way we recommend you upgrade to our carbon aero bar with fully integrated cables.
