1. BUY DIRECTLY FROM OUR WEBSHOP, CUSTOMER SERVICE (OR ONE OF OUR DANISH SHOWROOMS).
Buy from this webshop or one of our Danish showrooms. You can also buy directly via telephone or email.

2. CHOOSE A SIZE – OR LET US HELP YOU.

In both the webshop or our showrooms, select the desired size when placing the order.

You can get free help from our customer service, in a showroom or online directly on each product page. We can also help you configure your handlebars correctly if you want. At our webshop checkout it is easy to specify your height or enter a comment. Then we will contact you and sort out the correct setup.

3. CHOOSE DIRECT DELIVERY.

When placing an order select if you want your bike or components delivered directly to your private address (or if you want to pick up your order yourself from a showroom).

It is easy to mix the webshop and the showrooms. Order online and collect the order from a showroom. Or order from a showroom and have your order delivered directly at the doorstep.



4. PAY BY CARD OR BANK TRANSFER.
In our webshop you can pay using a credit card or bank transfer.


5. WE ASSEMBLE YOUR BIKE IN JUST A FEW DAYS.
At this stage, we assemble your new bike using original components in our Factory Showrooms. Usually, this takes around 5-14 working days depending on the time of year and the bike model.


6. YOU RECEIVE A DIRECT MESSAGE WITH DELIVERY DETAILS.
We will let you know when your bike is ready for delivery.


7. PREPARING THE BIKE.
If you chose delivery by carrier you only have to install the front wheel and possibly also raise or install the saddle and the seat post.

8. RETURNS AND REPLACEMENT.
We offer free returns and replacement of all new bikes. You can have your stem replaced for free within 30 days if you want a different length stem. (Does not include integrated handlebars.) You can contact a showroom or you can return your stem and make arrangements with us as to which size you want to switch to. Then we will ship a new and corresponding stem to you free of charge.


9. 5 & 2 YEAR'S WARRANTY + CRASH REPLACEMENT.
We provide a 5-year warranty for frames and a 2-year warranty for parts. Futhermore, we provide a fair and progressive Crash Replacement of up to 50% of the original price if you should be unfortunate and have a crash. The warranty is only valid in case of  'reasonable' use of the bike. For instance, a gravel bike is not for jumps on an MTB track and other similar examples of inappropriate use. If you want to invoke the warranty please send us an email with pictures of the damage. If the damage is covered by the frame warranty we will, of course, transfer the components onto the new frame for free.
 


10. SERVICE & MAINTENANCE.

Dirt and og gunk on the chain is a sure way to wear down the entire drive train in no time. Even the most expensive bikes and chains are quickly worn and if you replace your chain frequently the entire drive train, including cassette and chain rings, will last a lot longer.
 
For this reason we also provide regular service on all our bikes. It is very important that you maintain your bike at all times. Our workshops can assist you with this. Our webshop features guides on how to do this.
