2. TERMS OF DELIVERY
Bikes and parts are assembled and delivered on the basis of the specifications of each individual product. In case any parts or components are on backorder we will inform you by email immediately.
You can also go to www.pronghornracing.com and configure your new Pronghorn bike according to your specifications from the available configuration options listed on the website. After receiving your order we will assemble your bike in our Pronghorn workshop in Skanderborg, Denmark according to the desired specifications.
Normal delivery times vary between the individual bike models as well as the current delivery status specified for each model.
Pronghorn Racing ApS holds the insurance liability for all products until the time of delivery.
The current prices listed on the website include 25% VAT.
4. TERMS OF PAYMENT
Credit card payment only. Enter your payment information when completing your order. We don't charge any payment fees.
By default, we will not draw your payment from your card until we ship the products to you. If an order is divided into more shipments we only draw the amount corresponding to the products we ship. In such cases you may experience multiple payments from your credit card.
Payments for Pronghorn bikes will always be effectuated when your bike leaves our showroom, but please see the section on cancellation rights. In case of bikes with custom configurations a deposit corresponding to 50% of the retail price will be drawn.
We accept the following payment cards: VISA Dankort, VISA, MasterCard.
5. RECEIPT OF GOODS
If a shipment has one or more visible shipment damages, please make reservations on reception – you may also choose not to accept the delivery. You are obligated to inform Pronghorn Racing ApS immediately if your shipment has suffered damage during transport. 6. IF YOU REGRET YOUR ORDER (RIGHT OF CANCELLATION)
The Pronghorn bikes that are produced and configured specifically for the individual customer based on the customer’s specifications is considered a specific product. It is not possible to regret/return the purchase of a specifically built custom bike after the build has been commenced.
For other bikes and accessories you have 14 days right of withdrawal when shopping with us.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day of reception. If an order is delivered in parts the 14 day right of withdrawal follows the actual delivery time of the individual product.
This extended right of return is only valid for products that have not been used. If a product has been used the withdrawal period is also 14 days from the time of delivery.
You cannot regret your order simply by refusing to accept the delivery.

The product must be in its original packaging and must be unused. Should you choose not to accept our offer of free return shipping via GLS (complete bikes via Danske Fragtmænd), you must incur the expenses in connection with the product return shipment.
When returning an item, you are responsible for the product being wrapped securely.
You are responsible for the item from the time the item has been delivered to you.
Make sure to get a receipt for posting the item.
7A. CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEM
You are only liable for any reduction of the item’s value that is caused by other handling than necessary to establish the item’s category, characteristics and the way it works. In other words – you may test and try out the item in the same way as you would in a physical store.
If the item has been tested and used in addition to what is described above, we consider the item as used, so if you wish to cancel your purchase you will only receive a partial or no refund depending on the commercial value of the item.
So in order to receive the entire purchase amount, please proceed as you would in a physical store. You are welcome to test the item, however, you are not allowed to take it into actual use.
7B. REFUND OF PURCHASE AMOUNT
Should you regret your purchase, you will of course receive the same amount back as you have paid us. In the event of a decrease in value of the item you are liable for, cf. clause. 7a, this decrease will be deducted from the purchase upon refund.
Your payment will be returned to your original payment card as soon as we have received the returned item and checked its condition, cf. the above. If your original payment card for some reason is no longer active, please inform us, as this is important for your refund.

All bike frames bought from Pronghorn come with a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects valid from the delivery date. The 5-year frame warranty is only valid for the initial and first owner. Other items are covered by a 2-year warranty. Pronghorn Racing ApS reserves the right to rectify any defects and deficiencies on the item. In the event this is not possible, we will either exchange the item with a corresponding item, credit the purchase or offer a purchase price reduction depending on the situation at hand.
This of course requires a legitimate complaint and that the defect cannot be ascribed to general wear, incorrect use of the product or other damage inflicting behaviour.
8A. IS THERE A DEADLINE FOR COMPLAINTS?
You should complain within ”reasonable time” after having detected the item’s defect. If you complain within 14 days after having detected the defect, your complaint will always be deemed in time. Complaints are not valid, if the deadline for complaints has passed, cf. 9.
8B. HOW DO I FILE A COMPLAINT?
All complaints must be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, address, mobile number, and your invoice number so we can process the case without delay. It is important that you describe the product defect in as much detail as possible to avoid delays in the process. Make sure always to attach appropriate documentation.
In the event our service department assesses that the item should be returned for repair, exchange or similar, you will receive a return label to return the item via GLS Pakkeshop. Items that are returned without prior agreement with service department will be rejected.
Remember always to return the item safely wrapped and to keep the receipt for dispatch.
9. ACCESS TO JUSTICE
Should you wish to file a complaint against your purchase, please contact customer service on email@example.com or by phone. +45 23 95 10 00 (press #9 for English). In the event we are not able to agree to a solution, you may file a complaint with the relevant tribunal on the area provided the conditions for this are met.
