You can have your bike serviced at one of our factory showrooms. We now offer service through a number of selected service partners. All our partners have been carefully selected and certified by us. Which service partner you select does not have any effect on your warranty.

Our service partners are always ready to give you and your bike a friendly and helpful service experience. Our partners are very knowledgeable both in terms of our bikes and the components we use. They also have access to spare parts from the manufacturers we get our components from.
Service and repairs are booked directly with the service partner and according to the listed partner rates.

Additional tightening, lubrication and adjustment within 90 days of purchase.
Stem replacement within 30 days
Free stem replacement on new bikes. (Does not include integrated handlebars with internal cable routing.) Pronghorn offers free stem replacement within the first 30 days of purchase. You only pay the hourly fee.

Adjustments according to bike fit data
We will help you dial in your bike precisely according to bike fit data.
Servicing forks and rear shocks
We perform service on all forks and rear shocks according to service instructions from RockShox and Monarch.
Component replacement and customisation
We can help you replace or upgrade your components such as handlebars, saddle, power meter or pedals. If necessary you may bring your own parts.
Adjustment of handlebar height
Adjustment of handlebar height on your new bike. Depending on the number of spacers fitted originally.
Full suspension rear frame bearing service
Replacement of rear frame bearings with original titanium bearings. Bearings and bolts are available directly from our webshop.
