SRAM Force AXS 2023 + DT Swiss GRC 1400 SPLINE – Pronghorn Road-X

A genuine, Danish purebred road racer and gravel bike made from top-quality carbon fibre. Complete SRAM Force AXS 2x12 electronic groupset, hydraulic disc brakes, 42 mm carbon fibre wheels from DT Swiss, integrated carbon fibre handlebars (aero) and seat post. Built from top-quality Toray carbon fibre. We use the top frame throughout our model program.

About the groupset
All parts are top-level and this latest version of the SRAM Force AXS groupset is a prime example of beautiful design and optimal functionality coming together in one package. Both design and function have been improved compared to the first version of the Force AXS groupset. Among the many improvements is the design and ergonomics of the shifters, the efficiency of the front and rear derailleurs as well as the new chainrings which in this 2x12 version have been integrated into one piece and become even more beautiful to look at. And everything has been wrapped in a gorgeus new look.

SRAM’s Force groupset is based on an innovative 46/33 crankset that – in combination with the 10-30 cassette – provides a gearing setup where most gear changes occur on the cassette in the rear rather than on the chainrings in front. As for the rest of this group, the SRAM flat top chain is a prime example of beautiful design going hand in hand with optimal functionality.

The Road-X frame: Gravel. Road. Or both.
Pronghorn's latest road racer is, in fact, also a gravel bike. Geometry and design from road racing combined with frame clearance for gravel tyres. The Road-X comes in both 'Road' and 'Gravel' editions equipped with either road groupsets and wheels or gravel groupsets and wheels. 

Road-X is a two-in-one bike and if you purchase an additional Crossover wheelset you will be able to cover all surfaces with no compromise - pure Plug & Play. The high modulus carbon mix and innovative technology provides purebred racing qualities without any compromise - and on all surfaces. If you only want to own one bike it should definitely be a Road-X.

The frame comes loaded with nice features, internal cable routing and is available in three beautiful colour combinations. By changing the number of spacers under the stem you can change the riding position from touring to recreational style to pure elite racing. This frame can do it all – and in all terrains.

Semi-Integrated Cable Routing (SICR)
The bike comes with electronic shifting and therefore has no gear cables. It features our semi-integrated cable routing system which means that the brake cables are neatly tucked away under the stem. This gives the bike a clean looking cockpit and an aerodynamic look. If you want all cables completely hidden and out of the way we recommend you upgrade to our carbon aero bar with fully integrated cables.
